Mr. Dolnick entered the commercial insurance sector in 1978, and worked with insurance carriers for the first nine years of his career in a variety of capacities, including premium audit, underwriting, marketing, and occupational safety and health. Transitioning to the role of Director of Risk Management and Safety with a major mechanical subcontractor in 1987, he worked in that and in similar capacities at other subcontractors for more than 30 years.
